With 20 years in the fitness industry as a National Coach, Trainer, and Presenter, and 25 years driving high-performing sales in Enterprise, Technology, and SaaS, Adam has mastered the art of peak performance—both in business and in life.
A four-time Ironman finisher and New Zealand Age Group Competitor at the Triathlon World Championships, he thrives on pushing limits. His experience as a Business Owner, Investor, Entrepreneur, Athlete, Husband, and Father of two adds depth to his understanding of leadership, resilience, and mindset.

Adam is one of 3 Perfect 10 Graded Group Fitness Instructors Globally, yet is relentless on continuous improvement and fostering the incredible Les Mills lifetime fitness legacy.
